People’s Choice: Proof people can trust.

People rarely buy, read, watch, or follow based on claims alone. They look for proof. What other people recommend, support, and choose helps shape what they trust next.

The GardenComm People’s Choice Horti Awards turn public support into credible recognition for outstanding horticulture products, media, and creative work.

The award is current. Your entry does not have to be.

Enter a recent launch, an established resource, a longtime industry standard, or a fan favorite people continue to value. What matters is whether it earns public support today.

GardenComm Member Entry: $40
Nonmember Entry: $60

NOTE: GardenComm's People’s Choice Horti Awards recognize authentic work created by people. AI-generated photography, writing, video, audio, artwork, or other creative content is not eligible.

Why Enter?

Turn public support into proof you can use.

A Horti Award is not a claim you make about yourself. It is a result decided by public vote and presented by GardenComm, a long-standing organization serving garden communicators and the horticulture industry.

1

Give people a reason to choose your work

Independent recognition helps audiences sort through their options. Winning shows prospective customers, readers, viewers, retailers, partners, and media contacts that people have already chosen to support your work.

2

Build proof you can use

Reference your award on your website, product pages, packaging, media pitches, sales materials, professional biography, retailer presentations, and partnership proposals.

3

Bring fresh attention to proven work

Help a new release build credibility, introduce an established resource to new audiences, or give a classic and longtime favorite another moment in the spotlight.

4

Strengthen how your work is evaluated

Credible mentions, reviews, references, and independent recognition contribute to the public evidence surrounding your work. A Horti Award creates a third-party reference that can be published, linked, cited, shared, and found.

A Horti Award does not guarantee search rankings or AI recommendations. It adds another credible piece of public evidence supporting the reputation of your work.

What Can Be Entered?

New work. Established work. Work people still value.

The GardenComm People’s Choice Horti Awards welcome both new and established entries.

  • A newly launched product, book, podcast, video, photograph, social feed, or digital project
  • An established resource that continues to earn attention
  • A proven product gardeners already trust
  • A classic work deserving renewed recognition
  • A fan favorite with an active and loyal following
  • A longstanding industry standard that remains relevant
